Embroidery is the technique of decorating with needle and thread.
This process begins with converting your logo or artwork into a digital file format called digitizing. The digitized file is uploaded onto a computer attached to a multi-head, industrial sewing machine. The designated thread colors chosen for your logo are threaded through the machine and the garments are then loaded onto the machine and ran simultaneously.
Embroidery is sometimes considered a higher quality method of decoration and is well-suited for (but not limited to) hats, outerwear, twill shirts, golf apparel, and high-end gifts such as bags, robes, and cashmere scarves, to name just a few.
- One-time digitizing fee per logo/per size, based on stitch count
- Number of thread colors does not affect price.
- No minimum order quantities
- Virtual “Proof-Stitch-Out” presented for approval after digitizing
- Turnaround is 7-10 business days from order/artwork approvals.
Embroidered Names/Monogramming: Names/words can be embroidered in a selection of stock fonts with no digitizing cost.
“Vector Line Art” file(s) required. AI, EPS, or PDF are all acceptable file formats. Please convert type to outlines to avoid font-related errors.
Embroidery files such as DST or EMB are also acceptable.
Might be acceptable: high-resolution raster art in JPG format
If none of these file types are available, we can recreate your artwork. Additional charges may apply.
